Welcome to The Mindfulness Journey, a space dedicated to guiding individuals and groups on their path to inner peace and well-being through mindfulness. My approach is to create a safe and nurturing space for self-exploration and personal growth. I offer both online and in-person mindfulness sessions, workshops, and courses designed to help you cultivate a deeper sense of presence and resilience in your daily life. Our journey together is about embracing the fullness of the present moment and discovering the transformative power of mindfulness.

Why choose  Mindfulness?

For most of us, living in the present moment can be a challenge, as we are habitually driven be somewhere else in our own minds. Thoughts about the past or the future, worry and concerns about our daily lives can often keep us mentally pre-occupied, with little attention in the here and now.

 

Whilst this may feel normal, it can have a negative impact on us in terms of feeling anxious, stressed or reactive towards ourselves and others.

By choosing to bring more present moment awareness, we can start to see things from a different perspective and make choices that are different.

With mindfulness, we can learn to step out of habitual patterns that limit our true potential and gain tools to live with greater choice and freedom. The result can be a sense of calmness, grounding and connection, which can make life richer and fulfilling.
