1:1 sessions

We will focus on developing a toolkit of everyday mindfulness practices and exercises that can help you become more present and grounded in daily life. You will learn to tune into the physical body, breath, movement, sensory awareness and experience observing both internal and external events in a non-judgmental manner. Together, we will explore how mindfulness can help you integrate clarity, self-care, kindness and resilience in your daily life which can improve your overall well-being.
In-person sessions are available in Twickenham or online via zoom. I recommend a minimum of 4-6 sessions and to get started, a 30-minute taster session can also be booked, where you will have the opportunity to discuss your requirements and to experience a simple mindfulness practice . Group sessions
