With over 15 years of professional experience in the wellness field and two decades of following a path of meditation and self-discovery, I create a safe, nurturing and non-judgemental space for individuals and groups seeking transformation and growth. Together, we will explore the depths of mindfulness, allowing you to cultivate a deeper awareness of the present moment and enhance your connection with yourself and others.. My Story

I  first discovered the transformative power of meditation in my early twenties, following a relationship breakdown. By learning to observe my thoughts and feelings, I was able to create distance from emotional pain and anxiety, and respond to life's challenges with a deeper awareness of what was unfolding both inside and outside.

 

I realised that although we may not always have control over our outer circumstances, we do have the ability to cultivate inner peace and resilience. Even in challenging times, it is possible to stay open and meet our difficulties with humility and grace. Mindfulness can open a window in our awareness so we can make choices in how we respond.

Over the past twenty years I have meditated in a variety of different traditions and followed a path of self-discovery, devoting my time and energy to exploring and understanding the nature of human consciousness. My approach reflects my personal experience and the work I do is led from a place of authenticity, courage and wisdom. 

I am committed to sharing the benefits of mindfulness within the community and with groups of individuals that need it the most, due to the risks posed to their well-being. Mindfulness is not just a profession but it is also my passion and I am deeply grateful for the gifts it has brought to my life.
