About the event
A monthly drop-in session exploring simple mindfulness practices to help you connect with the present moment. An invitation to let go of tension, stress and worry, allowing yourself to relax into a natural presence and flow.
Each month will focus on a different theme that deepens our connection with the body and breath, calms the mind and opens our senses. We will be exploring stillness and movement, kindness and self-care and practice cultivating an awareness and acceptance of what is arising in this moment.
The practices are easy to follow and integrate into your daily life, so no prior experience of mindfulness is necessary. However, the sessions are also suitable for those who would like to deepen their meditation practice.
