About the event

Mindfulness coaching sessions are an opportunity to learn simple everyday mindfulness tools and practices that can be easily integrated into your daily life. Mindfulness is the ability to be present with whatever is arising in our lives so that we can choose to respond rather being driven by habitual reactions. It is a evidence-based practice has been clinically proven to reduce stress, anxiety and burnout and develop our capacity for inner peace, joy and resilience.


These personalised sessions are customised to meet your individual needs and provide support with building a regular mindfulness practice . During the sessions, you will receive guidance in cultivating a present moment awareness that includes both your internal and external experience. The live sessions will be supplemented with handouts, links to videos and guided meditations so you can engage with the material at home and continue the practice in between sessions.
